Orange County Government to operate on two-hour delay on Friday, Feb. 21

Orange County Government will operate on a two-hour delay on Friday. County offices and the six early voting sites will open at 10 a.m.

Friday recycling will be collected.

Residents are advised to exercise caution as icy conditions may exist on roads and around walkways at Orange County facilities.
