RSVP is the largest volunteer network in the nation and a leader in volunteer recruitment and placement for adults, ages 55+. We partner with local nonprofits and work with you personally to help find you a volunteer project that meets your interests as well as the needs of the Orange County community.

To become an RSVP volunteer you do not need to be retired. You must be 55+ for most programs, but not all. As a RSVP volunteer you will receive many benefits including:

  • A one-stop location to learn about volunteer jobs near you
  • Access to trained and experienced staff who place volunteers
  • Personal attention to help you find a rewarding volunteer project
  • Supplemental liability car and small life insurance

RSVP can connect you with a variety of local volunteer opportunities. You can mentor children, work with animals, help clean up the environment, provide administrative, legal, financial, or computer expertise, and much more!

RSVP Volunteer Joyce Ellington tutor an elementary student

The Senior Education Corps program places volunteers at schools in Orange County. You can volunteer in classrooms, tutor children in language and reading, and much more.

Volunteers receive free training and must be willing to commit 1-2 hours a week.
