The Finance and Administrative Services Department, led by Assistant County Manager and Chief Financial Officer Clarence Grier, oversees Orange County's financial matters. These activities include account monitoring, payroll processing, budget development and debt issuance.

Triple A Bond Rating

Orange County receives Aaa rating from Moody's Investor Services. The County also holds AAA ratings from S&P and Fitch Ratings.
