Foundations for Hope Peer Recovery Program

F4H Peer Recovery Program offers group counseling for men in the Orange County Detention Center who have a history of addiction. The group is facilitated by a Peer Support Specialist who meets with participants twice per week in the jail. The goal of F4H is to teach skills that improve the ability to cope with life stressors in a positive manner to improve outcomes for success post-release. The program operates through a contract with Josh’s Hope Foundation. F4H is best suited for individuals who are serving an active sentence of greater than 30 days. However, those who are detained pretrial may be considered if there is a high likelihood of remaining in custody for more than 60 days.
