Functional Fitness

Are you ready to move your body, increase your endurance, become stronger, AND have fun doing it? Then this class is for you! Learn how working out in a class environment can be healthy and enjoyable. Using light weights, beanies, basketballs, FitStix, and basic cardio movements, this class burns calories, builds strength, and increases your range of motion. This is an inclusive class, welcoming all levels!

  • Ages: 16-years-old to Adult
  • Time: 9:00 a.m.-10:15 a.m.
  • Minimum/Maximum: 3/15
  • Fee: $72 for 1 day/week; $112 for 2 days/week; $120 for 3 days/week in the same session (Aug.-Oct. or Nov.-Dec.)
