Program eligibility: - Live in Orange County - Have lived in and owned home for at least 5 years - Earn no more than 80% of the area median income and - Home property value does not exceed HUD's Home Value Limits: $390,000 for a one-bedroom; $499,000 for a two-bedroom; $604,000 for a three-bedroom; and $748,000 for a four-bedroom. The LHA Program is accepting applications August 1 through November 15, 2023. All applications must be received by 5:00 PM on November 15 to allow time for processing.
