Kim Campbell is the author of the PlantPure Nation and PlantPure Kitchen cookbooks. She developed more than 250 delicious whole food plant based recipes using no processed oils. Kim is also the Director of Culinary Education at PlantPure, where she works with her husband, Nelson, promoting a whole foods plant-based diet. Kim graduated from Cornell Univ with a BS in Human Service Studies with a concentration in Nutrition and Child Development. Her passion has always been nutrition education for children, families and adults. Learn how to make simple vegan desserts that are healthy! Join me as I create simple frozen desserts, egg and oil-free cookies, flour options, and yes, even vegan gels and creams! I’ll cover the basics of vegan desserts finding creative substitutions for ingredients like dairy, eggs, refined sweeteners, flours, and fats. Min: 5 Max: 15
