Yoga Joy with Alison
Yoga has been medically proven to offer health benefits such as stress reduction, improvements in physical mobility, and management of chronic conditions by researchers at the National Institute of Health. Let's Continue the Conversation
Did you know that 90% of people say that talking with their loved ones about end of life care is important, but that only 27% have actually done so? The Project EngAGE End of Life Choices Senior Resource Team is working to change that! Join them for two sessions: (1) a small, facilitated group discussion on Tues, Apr 13, and (2) a follow-up session on Tue, May 11. The sessions are inspired by the Conversation Project, an organization dedicated to helping people talk about their wishes for end of life care.  Attendees will receive the Conversation Starter Kit  and a free copy of The Five Wishes Booklet.

Have you ever wondered what it takes to grow your own herbs? You will need to bring your own lightweight pot with a 12 inch opening to plant the herbs. North Carolina Symphony - Ragtime Kings
Join us for the virtual performance as the NC Symphony performs from Maymandi Concert Hall.
