Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) 

Orange County VITA offers FREE Federal and NC state income tax preparation to eligible individuals with low-to-moderate income, regardless of age or county of residence.

Due to the Coronavirus, we will offer two FREE virtual services: GetYourRefund.org by Code for America and MyFreeTaxes.com by United Way. Both services are available 24/7.

Dementia - Let's Talk About It

Join OCDoA’s dementia care specialists for a conversation around topics related to dementia education, living with cognitive change, and being a dementia caregiver. We will provide 15-30 minutes of education at the start of the hour, and the remaining time will be spent in conversation, Q&A, and resource-sharing around the day’s topic.

Mardi Gras Gumbo

It’s Fat Tuesday! Mardi Gras returns to Passmore and we plan to celebrate with a hot bowl of Chicken Gumbo and King Cake. Be sure to wear the Mardi Gras colors (purple, green, and gold) and give us a shout out as you pick up your dinner in our back parking lot. Frozen Creek: Watercolor Painting with Carol

Watercolors lend themselves perfectly to snowy landscapes, and this beautiful painting is great for beginners or master painters. You do not need drawing skills since the drawing will be sent to you.
