Britain Under Roman Occupation
To the Roman world, Britain was an unknown and mysterious land across the sea when Julius Caesar invaded in 55–54 B.C.E. By 410 C.E., the last Roman soldier had deserted or fled. Nevertheless, Rome left its mark. We will explore life in Roman Britain and the reasons for the collapse and its impact on the native people. Min 5 / Max 25. Instructor: Andrew O'Brien. The film includes featured interviews from renowned drag queens, Willi Ninja, Pepper LaBeija and Dorian Corey.
