Staff in Mario costumes

A made up holiday

I already wrote a lot about Mario Day, and it was very clever and went on and on for a while so that I could see how the text wrapped around the photo, which was very nice indeed. Anyway, here are some staff in their mario costumes. It looks like a lot of people participated, and it was fun, and there was even some videogame playing involved. As you can see, they also had race cars. It looks like whatever I do to adjust the photos does not stay and the photo keeps snapping bac to the original.

Frustration with photos

First of all, no matter how I edit in the selection, photos all snap back to full frame. Also, it insists on stretching photos to a weird dimension. Frames don't keep their same size. If I'm trying to trick the format into thinking this text goes with the above photos, I need to be able to control the spacing. It would also be nice to have three individual photos with individual headlines and text blocks.

Such as a background color for the entire section.

More testing

Instructions for images are "scaled to a maximum of 170px wide x 170px tall." When I tried to upload an image from the s drive at the 1340x950 we asked for, it broke the system. Does this mean I have to individually resize all the images I will use from _program images?
