Textile Mending Techniques

Clothes and textiles hold memories and it’s saddening when they show wear. You’ll learn practical and decorative ways to mend items by hand and with a sewing machine. Bring a few pieces that need TLC and the threads, yarns and fabrics you'll need to repair. Each unique piece may require its own approach! Dementia Basics – What Can We Expect? 

This four-part series is designed to provide basic information about dementia to individuals with memory concerns, caregivers, family members, friends, and interested community members. Porcelain Pendants

'Ngoma (literally meaning to give the strength of the panther) is a tradition from Central/Southern Africa.
