CarFit and Winter Check
Prepare for winter weather and celebrate Older Driver Safety Awareness Week by checking both your fit in your driver’s seat and the health of your vehicle. Department on Aging Staff will provide CarFit consultations about adjusting your vehicle to fit your body’s needs. Additional appointments will be available to check your vehicle's tire pressure, battery status, and wiper fluid.

Puzzle People
Do you love jigsaw puzzles? Are you ready to swap out the puzzles you've completed for something new? You're in luck! Puzzle People will gather every other month to swap puzzles. There are simple exchange rules to keep things fair, but any jigsaw puzzle (with all its pieces) is welcomed and can be swapped.

An evening of open performances in which creators get five minutes to express themselves through music, poetry, sketch comedy, prose, rap, improvisation, dance, stand–up comedy – anything goes. To perform, sign in up to an hour before show time. Cast, rehearsed, and put on stage in front of a live audience. Leave your cares, woes, and critical judgement at the door.

Spanish Level 1 (Beginner)
Level 1 is a course designed for the true beginner, someone who has had no previous experience with the Spanish language. It covers basic vocabulary, the differences between ser and estar, possessives, and verbs in the present tense. The activities in Level 1 focus on helping each student speak Spanish using a controlled and limited vocabulary. Class fee is $60/ month (4 weeks). Staged Reading: The Christmas Chicken
On Christmas Eve in Victorian England, lonely blind boy Jack wishes for a dog. A chicken named King falls down the chimney instead. Unable to see, Jack believes it's a dog and they bond, having heartwarming adventures with Jack's poor family, clever uncle, and big-hearted urchins who help thwart a villain. This funny, comforting play is a Christmas delight. Min: 30/ Max: 80.

Classical and Holiday Piano Music with Jack
Join us for a concert of classical and holiday piano music with Jack Chen. He is a talented sixth grader at Smith Middle School and piano student of Ms. Ying Zhu since age 6. He was a first prize winner at the Orbetello International Piano Competition and received honorable mention at the Peter Perret Youth Talent Search concerto competition. He hopes that his music brings joy and happiness.
