4.  Proclamations/ Resolutions/ Special Presentations

a.  Presentation of Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for FYE 6/30/2023

The Board will receive the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2023.

6.   Regular Agenda

a.  Approval of a Professional Services Contract with Thomas & Hutton Engineering to Provide Civil Design Services for a Greene Tract Master Plan and Approval of Budget Amendment #5-A

The Board will:

1)   receive a historical perspective on activities related to the development of the Greene Tract;

2)   discuss and consider approving a new design services proposal to create a development Master Plan for the Greene Tract; and

3)   consider approving Budget Amendment #5-A to provide for the total cost of the project.

7.   Reports

a.  Presentation of the Draft Solid Waste Master Plan

The Board will receive a presentation on the Draft Solid Waste Master Plan, consider the recommendations in the Plan, and provide direction to staff regarding which scenario presented in the Plan should be pursued.
