Orange County Land Use Plan 2050 – Guiding Our Future

Community Engagement Window (CEW) #2 tested public response to four (4) modelled land use alternatives and concluded on November 3, 2024.  Thank you to all that were able to participate at in-person meetings and/or online.  The Board of County Commissioners received a consultant briefing at its November 12 Work Session that included some CEW #2 preliminary findings.  A copy of the PowerPoint presentation used during the meeting can be accessed at: https://www.orangecountylanduseplan.com/resources

The CEW #2 final report will be completed and posted to the aforementioned webpage in early December.  

CEW #3 for unveiling the draft Land Use Plan 2050 to the public is scheduled to occur next year from May – July.  Please stay tuned for future updates on public engagement opportunities.
