Orange County Land Use Plan 2050 – Guiding Our Future

A new project deliverable, the Community Engagement Window #2 Engagement Summary, has been added to the project website!  During Community Engagement Window (CEW) #2, the hypothetical land use alternatives and the draft Vision Themes and Goals were shared with the public for feedback. Several opportunities were provided for the public to convey reactions to the alternatives, including in-person meetings and through online activities.  The Engagement Summary provides documentation of the activities, objectives, and outcomes of CEW #2.

During the spring of 2025, the project team will be developing the draft Land Use Plan 2050. CEW #3, for unveiling the draft Plan to the public, is scheduled to occur next year from May – July.  Please stay tuned for future updates on public engagement opportunities.
