    This class will review the benefits of touch throughout our lives and ways that it can be used in a variety of settings. Virginia Sprague is a licensed massage therapist with over 31 years of experience. She will demonstrate some simple methods of providing gentle, comforting touch, which can be used to lower stress and anxiety and provide a sense of well-being for those you care about.   2. Seymour Quilters: A Show & Tell Exhibit

    December 9, 2019, 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM @ Seymour Center

    Seymour Quilters will share another colorful and eclectic display of various patterns pieced together. The quilts will also feature their stories - sharing the motivation or attraction behind the fabrics selected, and what inspired them. These stories will help viewers connect and understand the love and time put into each quilt. The quilts will be on display Mon, Dec 9 - Thu, Jan 23. If you are interested in quilting, this would be a great opportunity to engage with members of the quilting class to learn more. They would love for you to join them!
