Our Friends Help the Library Thrive!

Library Friends groups raise money to help the library pay for many items that state and county budgets don't cover, such as:

• Equipment
• Furniture
• Programs
• Services
• Technology

Our Friends also co-sponsor author events, advocate for library needs with local government, and volunteer at library special events.

Donate Materials to the Friends' Book Sales - we are not accepting donations at this time. 

If you would like to donate books in Hillsborough, take them to OCIM . In Carrboro, take books to CommunityWorx.
