Notary

Both library branches now offer free notary services by appointment only.

• Call 919.245.2525 (Main Library) to request your appointment.
• Notary services are available as staff schedules permit. One of our notaries will reach out to you after your appointment is requested.
• Notary services are available between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. 
• Library staff will not notarize any DMV documents—titles or otherwise.
• If a witness is required, you must bring one with you.

Proctor

The Main Library offers free proctoring services by appointment only. Call Maureen at 919.245.2539 or email msocha@orangecountync.gov to make an appointment.
