Public Records production policy

Due to an increasing number of large volume public records requests, Orange County can no longer provide free public records production. As authorized by North Carolina statute, the county shall charge the actual cost of production for all records requests exceeding 100 pages. See chart below for per page costs, based on ink and size of paper.
