   When we receive the item, we will let you know via phone or email that the item is available for pickup. If we cannot find the item, we will contact you as well, and no fees will be assessed. 

    

   Note on Lost Item Fees

   Please note that the minimum replacement fee for damaged or unreturned ILL items is $100.00. Once an interlibrary loan item ages into billing status, the library cannot accept returns or replacements in lieu of payment.
