Why Partner With Us

The Office of Civil Rights & Civic Life (formerly the Office of Equity & Inclusion) partners with community members and organizations to co-host events, deliver public education, and support meaningful engagement across Orange County. These collaborations help us reach more people, address systemic barriers, and build stronger relationships rooted in trust, care, and accountability.

We welcome partnership inquiries from:

• Nonprofits and community-based organizations
• Educators and schools
• Faith communities
• Grassroots and advocacy leaders
• Local businesses and vendors supporting civic life
• Artists, storytellers, and cultural workers

Depending on your needs and the nature of our shared project, we may be able to support you with:

• Co-hosting or co-branding events and activities
• Outreach and communications support
• Connection to language access, accessibility, and community engagement tools
• Guidance on event planning, facilitation, and accessible practices
• Help with navigating County processes and resources
