[ARCHIVED] Orange County to celebrate American Heart Month

HEART HEALTHY FLYER

The Orange County Department on Aging and the Project EngAGE Falls Prevention and Health Promotion Senior Resource Team invite the public to attend a virtual presentation on How to be Heart Healthy on February 11.

February is American Heart Month- the perfect time to prioritize heart health as part of self-care. Join our expert panel featuring Geriatric Cardiologist Dr. Beth Rosenburg, Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist Amber Benner, and Wellness Coach and Fitness instructor Alicia Reid. Together we will explore ways to maintain a heart-healthy lifestyle and improve our well-being through nutrition and exercise. 

This FREE event will take place on Tue, Feb 11 from 4 – 5:30 pm virtually on Zoom.
