The Oct. 8 Board of Adjustment meeting is cancelled as a result of now having no business to discuss.
On Sept. 30, Orange County was notified by the attorney representing Union Grove Farm that they are withdrawing their appeal regarding the county’s position that a proposed 2,500-seat amphitheater is not a form of agritourism.
Any future requests for a planning director determination of this use or similar requested use at Union Grove Farm, or appeal of a director determination, will follow the same notice procedures proscribed by the UDO.
