The Orange County Department on Aging and the Project EngAGE Mental Wellness Senior Resource Team invite the public to attend a panel discussion It’s Heavy Out There – Let’s Talk on October 14.
In a world that feels increasingly overwhelming and isolating, how do we deal with grief and anxiety? Who do we talk to about our thoughts and concerns about aging? How do we navigate relationships with our families, friends, strangers?
Join a panel of geriatric professionals, Dr. Tracey Holsinger, Dr. Rasheeka Fogg, and Dr. Craig Libman, for a powerful discussion on navigating the many stresses and demands of the modern world as an aging person and learning real-life skills to build resiliency and connections.
This FREE in-person event will take place on Tue, Oct 14 from 5:30 – 7 pm at the Seymour Center located at 2551 Homestead Rd in Chapel Hill.
Please register by Fri, Oct 10 at 919-968-2070.
