The Orange County Department on Aging and the Project EngAGE Intergenerational Senior Resource Team invite the public to attend our community movie night to celebrate the closing of Global Intergenerational Week with an outdoor showing of the film Thelma (PG-13) on Friday, May 2.
Global Intergenerational Week is a campaign that showcases the outcomes that are achieved when people across generations come together and create lasting relationships. Popcorn and sno-cones will be provided. Bring your lawn chairs and friends of all ages! This program is sponsored in partnership with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and The United Voices of Efland Cheeks Community Center.
This FREE event will take place on Fri, May 2 at the Seymour Center located at 2551 Homestead Road in Chapel Hill. Seating starts at 7 pm and film starts at 7:30 pm. The screening will be moved indoors in case of bad weather.
