The 48-page colorful guide is a photographic representation of the diversity in Orange County and was published this past spring.

The Bureau also won a Gold Award for the Group Visitors Marketing campaign, Orange County Weddings, which was designed to promote and grow Chapel Hill and Orange County, NC as a wedding destination. The campaign included print and social media ads, online newsletter highlighting Orange County as a wedding destination, online wedding blogs, wedding resources pages on VisitChapelHill.org , radio ads and a printed wedding resources rack card.

The NCTIA leadership conference and awards banquet was held on October 30 at the Marriott in downtown Winston-Salem, NC.

The Marketing Achievement Awards were created to honor and showcase the best in marketing efforts by convention and visitors bureaus throughout the state.
