ORANGE COUNTY, NC (October 2, 2018)—Orange County Department on Aging, in partnership with Walgreens and Walmart, will offer two Shingles and Pneumonia Vaccination Clinics in October.
Participants must attend an immunization assessment prior to the actual clinic date. The assessment provides clinicians the opportunity to answer your questions, explain your vaccine options, and check to be sure your insurance plan covers the vaccines and what your co-pay will be.\
Participants are asked to bring the following to the assessment and clinic:
- Health Insurance Cards\
- Name and Phone Number of your Primary Care Provider
- Immunization History (if possible)
- List of Medications (if possible)
To schedule an immunization assessment and vaccine appointment contact the location of your choice. If you are unable to attend the immunization assessment, please contact the sponsoring pharmacy to schedule your vaccine appointment at another time.
