The Orange County Department on Aging invites family caregivers to join us for a time of self-care, wellness and appreciation at the Caregiver Day of Care, honoring the efforts and commitment of family caregivers in Orange County.
Join us on Monday, November 7, from 9:00 am – 12 pm at the Seymour Center located at 2551 Homestead Road in Chapel Hill. Caregivers will enjoy:
- Tutorials of self-care activities
- Wellness activities
- Educational classes
- A resource fair with vendors serving older adults and family caregivers
- Refreshments, giveaways and more!
