Alex has been in Environmental Health since 2013, having served other public health roles, including health educator, preparedness coordinator, and health director. Alex is authorized in all program areas and currently leads the Retail Food Protection, Lodging, and Institutions team and Healthy Homes as Program Supervisor. Alex works M-F, 8am-5pm. Alex also serves on the NC Healthy Homes Taskforce, holds membership with several public health professional organizations, and contributes to the NC Environmental Standard of Practice Committee.
