Michael is an Environmental Health Specialist working in the Retail Food Protection, Lodging, and Institutions programs. He is a graduate of WCU with an Environmental Health degree. His workdays are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Michael's supervisor is Alex Rimmer.
