Orange County’s Southern Human Services Center (2501 Homestead Road, Chapel Hill) will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 4 due to equipment failure causing low temperatures inside the building. All Orange County Government services normally provided at this location — including Health, Housing, and Social Services — will be unavailable during the closure.
