Orange County Government has announced the following closing and cancellations for Monday, Dec. 8.
- All recreation programs are cancelled for the evening.
- Passmore Senior Center (103 Meadowlands Dr., Hillsborough) and Seymour Senior Center (2551 Homestead Road, Chapel Hill) will close at 5 p.m.
- The Main Library ( 137 W. Margaret Lane, Hillsborough) and Southern Library Branch, first floor of the Drakeford facility ( 203 S. Greensboro St., Carrboro) will close at 5 p.m.
