Orange County Volunteer Boards and Commissions operate under the Advisory Board Policy established by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), as well as Policies and Procedures developed for the individual Boards with the approval of the BOCC. In the event the BOCC's Advisory Board Policy conflicts with a statute or ordinance which controls the requirements of an advisory board, the statute or ordinance shall prevail.
