2. Will your department be present at the Sept. 21 Orange County Roadshow?*

   The next Orange County Roadshow will take place on Saturday, September 21 from 10 am to 1 pm at the Eno Arts Mill at 437 Dimmocks Mill Road, Suite 17 in Hillsborough. The Roadshow will bring county services to the community and will also help to recruit volunteers for the departments that have volunteer programs. Please fill out this form to indicate which day works for you to meet.  
   The departments that have indicated an interest are:
   Aging
   Animal Services
   Clerk to the Board
   DEAPR (including Recreation)
   DSS (Holiday Toy Chest)
   Elections
   Emergency Services (CERT)
   Library
   Orange County Arts Commission
   Planning
   Sustainability
   Tax

   *IT will provide support to make the Roadshow happen. Thank you, IT!
   
   
   

   Space is limited at the Eno Arts Mill so we are limiting it to 12 departments who will each have one table. If you are unable to attend please let us know so that we may offer your space to another department.

4. Possible Planning Meeting Dates*

   1. Monday, August 19 at 2 pm
   2. Monday, August 19 at 3 pm
   3. Tuesday, August 20 at 2 pm
   4. Tuesday, August 20 at 4 pm
   5. Wednesday, August 21 at 1 pm
   6. Wednesday, August 21 at 2 pm
   7. Wednesday, August 21 at 3 pm

   We would like to have a director or a designated staff person for each department at a planning meeting in August. Please check the dates and times that works best for you. Please check at least one. Thanks!
