— The Orange County Health Department is pleased to announce the release of the 2024 State of the County Health (SOTCH) report.
The 2024 SOTCH includes updates on progress related to the 2023 Community Health Assessment priorities. The three health priorities are:
- Access to care
- Behavioral health
- Connections to community support
The Community Health Assessment is the main resource for health-related data and information in Orange County.
The SOTCH report also provides updated information on morbidity and mortality data, emerging health issues, and new local health initiatives. While the report is designed for interactive web use, printed copies are available upon request. Information about the SOTCH will also be shared on the Health Department’s social media channels.
The 2024 SOTCH report is available online through the Clear Impact platform . The 2023 Community Health Assessment (PDF) can be viewed in the Orange County Government’s online document center .
