The Orange County Partnership to End Homelessness (OCPEH) is a coalition of service providers, local governments, and community members working together to coordinate funding and implement best practices in the effort to end homelessness in Orange County. The Partnership is a collaborative program created and supported by four local municipalities: Orange County, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Hillsborough, North Carolina. It provides homeless services and programs, including Street Outreach, Harm Reduction and Deflection (SOHRAD), Housing Help, Rapid Rehousing, Landlord Assistance, and SSI/SSDI Access, Outreach, and Recovery (SOAR).
