Street Outreach, Harm Reduction and Deflection (SOHRAD)

Who We Are

The Street Outreach, Harm Reduction and Deflection (SOHRAD) program connects people experiencing homelessness in Orange County with housing and services. Street Outreach Specialists and Clinical Coordinator use a therapeutic, relationship-based model to provide ongoing engagement and case management services for people living unsheltered. SOHRAD is co-managed by the Orange County Criminal Justice Resource Department and the Orange County Partnership to End Homelessness in the Orange County Housing Department.
