The journey of yoga begins with movement synchronized with breath. In this introductory course, we'll start with a few basic principles. We'll explore mindfully the balance of stretching while strengthening within a series of yoga postures. The goal of the practice, ultimately, is to guide us on a path towards a healthier existence. Start your journey wherever you are and begin your discovery. Go at your own pace. Yoga is for everyone.
