Tai Chi - Sunday

The Art of Moving Meditation. Tai chi is a meditative practice of gentle movements, breath work, and a focused mind. Deeply interwoven in Tai Chi is Tao, the Chinese philosophy of balance and harmony. This combination promotes physical and mental well-being, which will help attain tranquility and inner peace. Studies have shown this practice to be a cardio workout that promotes balance, flexibility, strength, and self-awareness. Over 7 sessions, you are going to learn a few foundational Qigong exercises, and two parts of the set. You will be practicing a long form, modified Yang style. Wear comfortable clothing and sensible shoes.
