Navigators program: Home visits and support
We work with Orange County families who have children from birth through age 18 and who qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch. Family Navigators visit families in their homes to learn about their strengths and challenges. Based on each family’s goals and needs, navigators help them find support and build connections. Families can stay in the program for as long as they need.
Connections program: Community information and resources
The Connections Program helps families find resources quickly. After someone joins the program, staff share updates about community resources, events, and programs. If a family has a crisis, staff connect them with the right community contact.
The program has helped me connect to extracurricular activities for my children to keep them busy, especially during the summer. This has allowed me to continue working.— Connections participant
