WIC provides free food to people who qualify for the program.
Do you qualify for WIC?
- WIC is for pregnant women, breastfeeding women who have had a baby in the last 12 months, women who have had a baby in the last 6 months, and children up to age 5.
- You must meet WIC income guidelines.
Many people who receive WIC have jobs or take part in other programs such as SNAP (food stamps), Medicaid, School Lunch, or Head Start.
With WIC you can get these foods for free:

- Cheese
- Dried beans and peas
- Eggs
- Healthy foods
- Infant cereal
- Infant formula
- Juice
- Milk
- Peanut butter
